IT infrastructure to drive cost reductions and optimize resource utilization. Recognized as a respected leader, he excels in mobilizing and guiding technical teams of engineers and IT specialists toward client goals and long-term IT objectives. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and company leaders distinguishes him from others. With over 25 years of experience in various industries such as insurance, pharmaceutical, power and gas, as well as higher education, Mr. Ostrowski has a solid record of designing, engineering, and implementing Microsoft solutions in both public and private sectors. Moreover, he has a decade-long expertise in designing, engineering, and implementing cloud solutions, covering both Microsoft and Google platforms.
Mr. Kolakowski has a wealth of experience in corporate operations and management, as well as consulting across various industries. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he learned valuable skills and insights. He then moved on to senior-level roles in different companies, where he handled complex and important tasks. For over 25 years, Mr. Kolakowski has been a consultant for many businesses, helping them overcome different challenges. Mr. Kolakowski has worked with some prominent clients, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Hewlett-Packard, ADP – The Application Group, Arbor Software, and Philips Components. He also founded a successful firm that offered business and technology services, which he sold to investors after two years. He developed an award-winning software product for managing websites in 1999. Moreover, he has collaborated with large multinational enterprise clients, creating and implementing more than 30 systems to improve their efficiency, competitiveness, and productivity. Mr. Kolakowski currently provides virtual CFO services to Small and Medium-sized Businesses as well as School Districts and Municipalities.
Engineer/Tech Lead/Help Desk
As a business-oriented technology strategist, Mr. Sartori has a proven track record of delivering value to private enterprises of various sizes, from Fortune 500 to small businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in engineering and supporting desktop environments in the pharmaceutical, power and gas industries, with expertise in desktop automation, application deployment, network security and disaster recovery. He has successfully led multiple IT Asset Management and Computer Replacement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective replacement cycles with clear project plans, schedules, budgets and communications. He also has practical exposure in helping companies comply with their ITIL and NIST security requirements. He is eager to help organizations plan, manage and deploy information technology assets to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Support Technician/Help Desk
With a solid background in IT support, QA testing, web design, and knowledge base development, Mr. Wien is a senior IT professional who can handle any challenge. He has twelve years of experience in delivering high-quality solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. He is a skilled project manager who can lead technical projects from inception to completion, with a track record of nearly 100% on time/on budget performance. He is also proficient in various technologies, coding/programming languages, and network protocols, which enable him to think strategically and creatively.
Admin/Customer Outreach/Help Desk
Ms. Finnegan's role as a company administrator involves various duties that contribute to the smooth running of the business and the client satisfaction. She oversees customer outreach, which means she reaches out to potential and existing clients and collects their feedback. She also supervises phone and support queues, which entails monitoring all calls and email queues, ensuring they comply with or surpass our SOPs. Furthermore, she takes care of user management for the clients, which covers creating, updating, and deleting user accounts, setting roles and permissions. Ms. Finnegan works well with others and appreciates teamwork and communication with her co-workers and company clients. She is always open to learning from others and joining in team projects and meetings. She aims to establish trust and rapport with the clients, comprehend their needs and expectations, and ensure the team provides high-quality service.
