With over 25 years of experience in various industries such as insurance, pharmaceutical, power and gas, as well as higher education, Mr. Ostrowski has a solid record of designing, engineering, and implementing Microsoft solutions in both public and private sectors. Moreover, he has a decade-long expertise in designing, engineering, and implementing cloud solutions, covering both Microsoft and Google platforms.

He has over 20 years of experience in engineering and supporting desktop environments in the pharmaceutical, power and gas industries, with expertise in desktop automation, application deployment, network security and disaster recovery. He has successfully led multiple IT Asset Management and Computer Replacement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective replacement cycles with clear project plans, schedules, budgets and communications. He also has practical exposure in helping companies comply with their ITIL and NIST security requirements. He is eager to help organizations plan, manage and deploy information technology assets to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Ms. Moore plays a pivotal role as a company administrator, ensuring the seamless operation of the business and enhancing client satisfaction. Her responsibilities include overseeing customer outreach, where she actively engages with both potential and existing clients to gather valuable feedback. In addition, Ms. Moore supervises phone and support queues, meticulously monitoring all calls and email communications to ensure they meet or exceed our standard operating procedures (SOPs). She also manages user accounts for clients, which involves creating, updating, and deleting accounts, as well as setting roles and permissions. Ms. Moore excels in teamwork and values effective communication with her colleagues and clients. She is always eager to learn from others and actively participates in team projects and meetings. Her goal is to build trust and rapport with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and ensure the team delivers high-quality service.

Transitioning from his military career, Mr. Fernandez has established himself as a skilled IT professional. With three years of experience in desktop support, he has honed his technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. His commitment to continuous learning is evident as he is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, with a specialization in Cyber Security. This academic endeavor underscores his passion for safeguarding digital environments and his ambition to excel in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
